New Year, New Goals

As we finished up the 2022 show season, we were excited for all we had achieved! We worked with new clients, new horses, and reached exciting new levels within the National Reining Horse Association sanctioned events. Now the Suzanne Myers Performance Horse Team is starting out 2023 with new goals specific to NRHA reining. We hope you follow along throughout the year as we strive to meet our goals and help others achieve theirs. Suzanne Myers 2023 Goals: This year my goal is to win some Derbies with our 5yo Hollywoodstinseltown gelding, Spooked in Hollywood. And with my client’s ARCGunnabeabigstar 3yo gelding I hope to be successful in the futurities. I also want to help my team reach their goals with great coaching and mentorship.

Brooke Myers SMPH Team Rider 2022 EPRHA Year End Standings: Riding Juice Chex N, Brooke was 2nd out of 12 in the Non-Pro Division and 1st out of 22 in the Intermediate Non-Pro Division 2023 Goals: This year my goal is to win a top ten world title in the intermediate non pro with my gelding Juice Chex N.

Emily Brown SMPH Team Rider 2022 EPRHA Year End Standings: Emily Brown, riding Big Chex Jazzman, was 5th out of 48 in Green Reiner 1. 2023 Goals: I’m going to work on making each maneuver more precise, while maintaining the accurate speed for each portion of the pattern.

Brianna Wolfe Assistant Trainer 2023 Goals: This year my goal is to debut my showing career in reining with our five year old. I’m excited to test my abilities and challenge myself to grow as a rider and trainer.
